WHAT IS THIS?

This is my attempt at reverse engineering the PS2 BIOS in psuedo-C

WHY?

To better understand how the PS2's BIOS functions, and to aid and abet bug hunting

CAN I COMPILE THIS?

As of right now? No. But maybe someday in the future...
